Terms of Service

Welcome to Culture Ripples Consulting. By accessing or using our website and consulting services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

We offer online consulting services in three main areas:

Candidate Coaching Services

  • Resume Review & Optimization: Comprehensive resume analysis, ATS optimization, feedback, and follow-up review.
  • Career Strategy Consultation: One-on-one sessions for career planning, skills gap assessment, and actionable strategies.

Client Consulting Services (Managers & Organizations)

  • Culture Formation Strategy: Assess organizational culture, define values, plan communication, and implement measurement systems.
  • Hiring & Interview Excellence: Role analysis, candidate evaluation frameworks, interview structure and best practices, cultural fit assessment, bias mitigation, and decision-making support.
  • Employee Motivation & Engagement Strategy: Motivation framework development, recognition system design, engagement strategies, and implementation roadmap.

Organizational Culture Development

  • Culture Check-Up: Targeted 4-week program for small-medium teams with culture assessment, strategy, and implementation guidance.
  • Culture Transformation Program: Comprehensive 3–6 month program for sustainable culture transformation including assessment, strategy, implementation, and evaluation.

All services are delivered online. No in-person sessions are provided.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Use materials, manuals, outlines, or resources provided solely for your own business purposes. Sharing, distributing, or posting on social media or other platforms is prohibited.
  • Comply with applicable laws and ethical standards.
3. Payment Terms

Services are billed per session (candidates & clients) or per program/plan (organizations).

Payments are accepted in USD or EUR.

Refunds:

  • Partial refund (50%) if cancellation occurs within 12 hours after booking and a valid reason is provided.
  • No refund is provided once a session has started or after the service has been delivered.
  • Rescheduling is allowed with 48 hours' notice.
  • Once services commence, case information provided cannot be altered retroactively.
4. Limitation of Liability

No Guarantee of Outcome:

We provide strategic guidance, coaching, and advice, but results are not guaranteed. Transparency and accurate information from the client are required to maximize potential outcomes.

We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of our services, including hiring decisions, career outcomes, business decisions, or financial results.

Qualifications Disclaimer:

We may have professional licenses or certifications, but we do not claim any beyond the services described, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Clients acknowledge that they are engaging our services with full knowledge of the information provided here and agree not to make assumptions regarding any credentials, licenses, or certifications beyond those explicitly stated.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by German law.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws apply.

For international clients, German law applies, but local consumer protection laws may take precedence.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Additional Legal Provisions

Intellectual Property

All content, manuals, and materials provided remain the property of Culture Ripples Consulting. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use them for personal/business purposes only.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep shared information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to events beyond our control (e.g., technical issues, internet outages, natural disasters).

Electronic Communications

All agreements, notices, and communications between us and clients may be conducted electronically.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Dispute Resolution / Mediation

Before taking legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through negotiation or mediation. This can reduce cost, time, and complexity for international clients.

Data Processing & GDPR Compliance

Clients' personal data will be collected, processed, and stored in accordance with GDPR. Personal data is used only for providing services, communication, and administrative purposes. Clients may exercise their rights to access, correct, or delete their data as described in our Privacy Policy.
